How long does system commissioning usually take?

A: Residential ESS commissioning typically takes around 5 minutes, while commercial and industrial projects may require approximately 10 minutes depending on system complexity.

Does the inverter need grounding?

A: Yes. Proper grounding is required to ensure electrical safety and stable system operation.

Can the system operate in high-temperature environments?

A: Yes. EENOVANCE systems are designed for reliable operation under high-temperature conditions, but proper ventilation is recommended.

What should I do if accessories are missing?

A: Please check the packing list in the user manual and contact your distributor or EENOVANCE support team immediately.

Can the system work during a grid outage?

A: Yes. Backup-enabled systems can continue supplying power to critical loads during power outages.

Is internet connection required during commissioning?

A: Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection is recommended during commissioning for monitoring setup and firmware updates.

Can your battery be installed in parallel?

Yes, all of our battery supports parallel connection, maximum 15 batteries in parallel.

What kind of cell balancing technology do you use in the battery?

We use passive cell balancing in our battery pack.

Which company is your battery cell supplier?

We mainly use battery cell from REPT Energy.

Does your battery supports remote monitoring?

Yes, our low voltage battery has optional external WIFI dongle, high voltage has built-in WIFI in the BCU. The remote monitoring APP is EENOVANCE. It can be searched in the app store.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects caused by poor workmanship or defective materials, ensuring the product's reliability under specified conditions.

What is the warranty period for the residential energy storage battery?

The warranty period varies by product model. Generally, our batteries come with a standard valid warranty of 10 years or 6,000 cycles, whichever comes first, under conditions of 80% DOD, 25°C, 0.5C, and 70% EOL.. Please refer to the specific product manual or warranty document for details.

What should I do to activate my warranty?

Ensure the warranty card is stamped by the EENOVANCE or dealer, filled in, and kept in good condition without any scratches or alterations.

What documents are required to claim warranty service?

You need the original warranty card and the invoice showing the product's serial number.
